What is Paediatric Tui Na Massage
TCM Paediatric Tui Na is a form of therapeutic massage tailored specifically for children. This ancient technique focuses on regulating the flow of Qi (vital energy) through the meridians (energy channels) to enhance overall health and address various childhood ailments. With over 2,000 years of history, Tui Na has proven its effectiveness in promoting holistic healing and balance in children.
How Does Paediatric Tui Na Work?
During a session, our TCM Physician applies light, rhythmic massage techniques to specific meridians and acupoints on the child’s head, arms, abdomen, back, and legs. These techniques help:
- Stimulate healthy circulation of Qi and blood in the body
- Regulate the digestive, respiratory, and immune systems
- Relieve tension, improve sleep, and enhance relaxation
Every treatment is tailored to your child’s age, body type, and specific health concerns, ensuring a safe, soothing, and effective experience.
Is Paediatric Tui Na Safe for Babies and Children?
TCM Paediatric Tui Na is a gentle, safe, and non-invasive therapy designed specifically for infants and children.
At Regis Wellness:
- Techniques use light, rhythmic pressure suitable for children
- No needles or medication are involved
- Treatments are performed by experienced TCM physicians
- Sessions are tailored based on your child’s age, size, and condition
Most children find Tui Na comfortable and relaxing, and many parents in Singapore choose it as a natural approach to support their child’s health.
