What is Paediatric Tui Na Massage
TCM Paediatric Tui Na is a form of therapeutic massage tailored specifically for children. This ancient technique focuses on regulating the flow of Qi (vital energy) through the meridians (energy channels) to enhance overall health and address various childhood ailments. With over 2,000 years of history, Tui Na has proven its effectiveness in promoting holistic healing and balance in children.
How Does Paediatric Tui Na Work
Paediatric Tui Na works by applying gentle massage techniques and manipulations to specific acupoints and meridians on a child's body. These techniques aim to stimulate energy flow (Qi) and balance the body's internal systems. This non-invasive therapy helps alleviate various ailments, boost the immune system, and promote overall health and well-being in children. The practitioner uses specific hand movements tailored to the child's condition, ensuring a calming and effective treatment suitable for their delicate bodies.
Benefits of Paediatric Tui Na Massage

TCM Paediatric Tui Na strengthens the immune system by promoting better circulation and stimulating the body's natural defense mechanisms, helping children fight off common illnesses more effectively.
Gentle massage techniques help regulate the digestive system, alleviating issues such as colic, constipation, bloating, and poor appetite.
By calming the nervous system and reducing restlessness, Tui Na therapy encourages deeper, more restful sleep for children struggling with sleep disturbances.
Regular Tui Na sessions aid in overall growth and development by improving circulation, enhancing nutrient absorption, and promoting balanced energy flow.
This therapy helps clear congestion, reduce coughing, and strengthen lung function, making it beneficial for children with asthma, allergies, and frequent colds.
TCM Paediatric Tui Na promotes relaxation and emotional balance, helping children manage stress, anxiety, and hyperactivity.
